  今天收到《修昔底德陷阱》的作者格雷厄姆·艾利森（Graham Allison）的邮件，说他所在的贝尔佛中心（Harvard Kennedy School Belfer Center)正在搞中美关系有奖征文。特翻译过来以飨对《中美印象》”如何修复中美关系“有奖征文有兴趣的读者。

  怎样应对中国的挑战？你能勾勒一个美国可以采纳的“大战略”（grand strategy）去应对人所共知的来自中国的战略挑战吗？

  美国的战略界需要新思路。特朗普内阁的政策走的是冷战2.0的路，对这一路径的最好阐述来自副总统彭斯。批彭斯容易，但问题是谁还有更好的谋略？

  为了更好地回答这个问题，哈佛大学贝尔佛中心设立应对”中国大战略有奖征文“。

  我知道你对此有自己的想法，我也知道你的同事、学生和其他人也有自己的看法。请把你最好的想法发给我们。

  征文中最好的三篇文章将发表在贝尔佛中心的网站上。第一名将应邀到剑桥与哈佛中国工作小组的成员见面。我们会承担来回经济舱机票和在查尔斯酒店一晚的住宿费用。其次，征文中的佼佼者将在美国政府高官中传阅。

  征文截止日期是2019年11月27日晚11点59分。
